It depends on order volume, but we strive to have all orders shipped within 72 hours of the order being placed.
Currently we ship to anywhere in Canada. :)

Orders are shipped like letters. For orders of one or two masks they are packaged individually, for three to five masks, they are packaged together in a larger envelope. For orders of six masks or more, they will sent in multiple enevelopes.
Rest assured that all items are sent out via Canada Post at the same time, even if they are packaged separately. If you have received one envelope and are still waiting for another, please give it a few days as Canada Post is experiencing delays.
Your mask is being sent like a letter through Canada Post. Their conventional guidance is “regular letters are delivered within 2 business days within a city, in 3 business days within a province.” However, they are facing delays or backlogs at this time, so please be patient. Read more
Unfortunately, at this time, there is no tracking available as we are just sending the mask like a letter via Canada Post.
Please allow 2-4 hours for the email to arrive and check your spam folders. If you still have not received the email, please email us at email@example.com and give us your name, email address, date of order, and order number.
It is important to make sure that you are wearing your mask correctly to protect those around you! It should fit snugly against your face, with the elastic loops behind your ears. Read more
Your mask should be washed frequently, and it is both machine- and hand-washable. Please use hot water and soap/ laundry detergent for the most effective clean. If placed in a washing machine, it is advisable to use the 'Delicates' setting and a mesh laundry bag to prevent the elastic from catching on other clothing.
We recommend avoiding the use of machine dryers as they may cause the elastic to wear out more quickly.
No, this mask does not require an additional filter.
We strongly ask that you take all the necessary steps to repair your masks at home if they become damaged in any way. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace a damaged mask unless you order a new one.
Unfortunately, we cannot accepts returns of any masks for any reason.
We are donating to variety of individuals and organisations. We have partnered with two food banks to help us make a difference. The Daily Bread Food Bank is a local charity with over 10,000 volunteers and 125 member agency working to provide food to those in need. Through them and their member agencies we able to reach some of those who are most affected by our current situation. We also partnered with Feed the Need in Durham, an agency that donated over a million meals in 2019 and continues to work tirelessly to help people during the pandemic.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept donations. However, if you would like to donate masks without receiving one yourself, you can place an order and have the masks sent to the non-profit of your choice. Please email us at email@example.com for more information.
